WARRANTY /CRASH REPLACEMENT
When you purchase any NEW Scribe wheelset, you automatically join our INFINITY programme which is in place to cover your wheels should you have any unexpected issues.
WARRANTY
As riders ourselves, we know what it's like to have a warranty issue and we'll support customers in every way possible to make sure your wheels keep turning. We have an experienced warranty team in place to deal with all warranty claims and these go straight to escalation to make sure cases are resolved at the earliest possible date.
ALL SILTMTB WHEELSETS come with a 3 year warranty against material, or workmanship defects. The warranty period commences from the date of receipt of your wheels.
Areas not covered by Warranty:
- Warranty does not cover damage to the wheels caused by crashing or impacts. (*see Crash Replacement tab)
- Warranty is void if the product has been modified without SILTMTB haven given prior approval for modification.
- Warranty is not valid for wheels used for commercial purposes.
- Warranty is not applicable to products that have been incorrectly installed, adjusted or maintained.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. These parts typically include, bearings, spokes & nipples.
*As we continue to evolve, there may be instances where certain models will be discontinued. While we will make every effort to provide an exact replacement, there may be situations where this is not feasible. In such cases, SILTMTB reserves the right to offer an equivalent or upgraded model of rim as a replacement
* This policy is only applicable to the wheelset's first owner
* Your statutory rights are not affected - 3 Years in the EU also

CRASH REPLACEMENT POLICY
When you're pushing the limits in the pursuit of speed, the odd tumble can happen. As riders we understand that it can be heart breaking when your pride & joy suffers a bad crash. If your wheels are damaged as a result of a crash please contact us on team@siltmtb.com and we'll look after you from there... .
CRASH REPLACEMENT BREAKDOWN:
- CARBON: Free Lifetime Crash Replacement.
- ENDURO & DOWNHILL: 1st rim completely free of charge, then 50% off any future rim replacements.
- ALLOY TRAIL & XC: 50% discount on rim replacements.
We've been there before & what's worse is finding out you're not supported. Rest assured, you will never experience this with our wheels & all we ask is that you pay the shipping fee to you.
